EZ-ARM Extractor - Ø 7''

The EZ-ARM High Flow Extractor provides an ideal solution for medium to high-volume extraction applications.

All arms come with 7" (175mm)Ø of hose.
FUNCTION
The EZ-ARM is equipped with Airflow Systems' patented friction release pawl-and-sprocket design, ensuring secure engagement when positioned, while allowing for effortless repositioning without resistance.

A large 13” (330mm)Ø inlet hood with a 360° flange handle allows simple positioning of the hood (versus single handle designs).

This extractor comes in multiple lengths - 2m (7’), 3m (10’), 4m (14'), 6m (20'), 8m (26') - and 7" (175mm)Ø.

  • 65 Watt Halogen Light Kit: Improves worker visibility and productivity.
  • Damper: Shut off air flow when not in use.
  • Blowers: Several sizes available.
  • Silencer: Reduces air flow noise for quieter operation.
  • Wall Brackets: Maximizes installation versatility.
  • Adjustable Height Floor Stand: Maximum height of 120" adds installation versatility.
  • Filtration Units: HEPA, cartridge, and odor-control filter systems available based on application.
  • Boom Extensions: System includes steel boom arm, boom arm wall bracket, tube kit, flex hose, and (1) transition to 8" (200mm)Ø.
CONSTRUCTION
Constructed from durable 21-gauge aluminum round duct, designed to withstand industrial conditions while remaining lightweight for easy handling and operation.

This arm is fully powder-coated both internally and externally. It features the industry's most durable flexible connections, utilizing a heavy-duty 'Hi-Flow' spiral wire-reinforced hose for enhanced strength and superior resistance to sparks and embers. A wall bracket and damper are included.

  • Patented friction release pawl-and-sprocket design: Ensures secure engagement when positioned, while allowing effortless removal without resistance.
  • Strong HDPE flat base joint: Designed for easy installation, the HDPE bearing material effectively seals the base without the need for collars or fittings
