Single Extractor w/ pulley kit - Vehicle Exhaust

The Single Extractor System is designed for compact storage and simple use for extracting fumes from cars, trucks, motorcycles and heavy equipment. The system is best suited for capture at source methods, providing the best form of extraction for vehicle exhaust.

This system comes with a pulley kit, rope and saddle with typical flowrates between 300 CFM and 1200 CFM.

Main options include:

• Low Temperature Hose: suitable for temperatures up to 250º F
• High Temperature Hose: suitable for temperatures up to 850º F.
• Direct Mount Fans with 0.5HP to 2HP
• Over-head Stack Adapters
• Variable Frequency Drives

• The system consists of 6m (20 ft.) of 4''/5”/6”/8” diameter hose, saddle, rope and pulley kit, and hose clamps.
• Directly to customer supplied duct work
• Mounting Bracket-OM-092 (Ordered separately)
• Mounting Bracket and Fan (Ordered separately)

• Overhead Solution: Designed for compact storage, this system fits well into small areas, and is primarily an overhead system, allowing it to take up minimal space while in use
• Modular: Designed to attach to existing ductwork
• Cost Saving: This system is designed to bolt up to existing systems, saving money on both the product, and the installation, rather than buying an all-new unit
• Anti-Tripping Hazard Solution: Pully recoil keeps the hose off the floor, minimizing trip hazards
• Storage: With the use of the pully recoil, the system is stored safely, and minimizes the possibility for damages to the unit
