Single Extractor w/ pulley kit - Vehicle Exhaust

The Single Extractor System with Pulley Kit is ideal for vehicle exhaust extraction, with a space-saving principle in mind. Perfect for mechanic shops, garages and service stations.

Function:

The Single Extractor System is designed for compact storage and simple use for extracting fumes from cars, trucks, motorcycles and heavy equipment. The system is best suited for capture at source methods, providing the best form of extraction for vehicle exhaust.

This system comes with a pulley kit, rope and saddle with typical flowrates between 300 CFM and 1200 CFM.

Main options include:
  • Low Temp. Hose: suitable for temperatures up to 250º F
  • High Temp. Hose: suitable for temperatures up to 850º F.
  • Direct Moun Fans with 0.5HP to 2HP
  • Over-head Stack Adapters
  • Variable Frequency Drives

Construction:

  • The system consists of 6m (20 ft.) of 4''/5”/6”/8” diameter hose, saddle, rope and pulley kit, and hose clamps.
