The Stainless Steel Wet Dust Collection System from LEV-CO comes in a variety of models that are intended for safe, efficient collection of various dusts from sanding, grinding and deburring operations. Dust particles sink to the base of the tank and are easily racked into a disposal container using.

CONSTRUCTION
Standard Construction
- Main Motor Main Motor --> 3 to 25 HP T.E.F.C., 220-440-575 V, 3 phase / 60 Hz
- Main Tank --> Made of welded construction and properly ribbed stainless steel.
- Baffles --> Designated for continuous water spray to filter contaminated air; made of stainless steel.
- Eliminator Grid --> Standard to all units; increases efficiency and performance.
- Water Level Float --> Adjustable float valve that monitors the machine water level; adjusts to keep optimum collector performance; made of brass.
- Water Drain Valve --> 1 inch gate valve drains unit when cleaning; made of brass.
- Water Level Scale --> Mounts in an easy to read location for water level monitoring.
- Impeller --> Balanced to minimize vibration; made of stainless steel.
- Miscellaneous Fittings and Hardware --> Prevents rusting; made of brass and stainless steel.
- Electrical Equipment --> Push button motor starter and overload; wired to motor with water tight connectors and conduit; includes main disconnect switch
