MP30 - 3000 CFM

The Model MP30 Oil Mist Collector produces up to 3000 CFM with 95%+ filtration efficiency and is designed for medium- to heavy-duty metalworking applications.
FUNCTION
The system is best suited for capturing applications that include metalworking, cutting, forming, and shop environments across multiple industries.

The unit comes with self-draining filters and has a vertical profile. It includes the new removal bottom sump with a 1.5" (40mm) drain, mounting angles to hang or surface mount, and a 14" (350mm) bottom inlet. It features a 2" (50mm) aluminum mesh pre-filter, (4) Mist-Plus primary filter, and a 5 HP BI blower TEFC motor.

Typically, these units are directly mounted to machines horizontally for direct capture of contaminants and can be suspended from any suitable roof support strut.
