Mini-MAX - Ø 3'' & 4''

The Mini-Max Extraction Arm uses an internally supported, spring-balanced design to capture fumes, vapors, gases, and light dust directly at the source — keeping operators protected and workspaces clean. Available in both wall- and table-mounted configurations, its internal linkage ensures a compact profile and smooth, precise movement with minimal effort. Ideal for laboratory, soldering, sampling, and weighing applications where low-flow, local extraction is required.
FUNCTION
The Mini-Max provides a powerful yet lightweight solution for capturing contaminants right at the emission point. Its internal support structure, built from mild steel tubing with spring-assisted joints, maintains perfect counterbalance between the inner and outer arms — allowing the hood to stay steady wherever it’s placed. The system is available in 4' to 6' lengths with 3" or 4" diameter hoses, providing versatile coverage across small- to medium-size benches. The hood, wall bracket, and arm assembly are delivered ready to install, complete with mounting hardware for either wall or table configuration. With its black baked-enamel steel hood and integrated ring handle, the Mini-Max offers ergonomic positioning and efficient source capture. It’s an excellent choice for laboratories, dental facilities, and light manufacturing areas where precise airflow control and operator comfort are essential. Optional accessories extend system functionality, including:

CONSTRUCTION

  • Arm Finish: All steel components coated with a durable black baked-on enamel for corrosion and wear resistance.
  • Hose: Soft, flexible, chemical-resistant hose prevents damage to nearby surfaces and equipment.
  • Hood: Black enamel-coated steel hood with optimized airflow design and integrated ring handle for accurate positioning.
  • Mounting Options: Supplied with steel wall-mount and table-mount brackets, both allowing 360° rotation for full-range coverage.
  • All-Metal Construction: No white-metal or plastic parts — built entirely from steel for strength and long-term reliability.
