V410 - Portable High Vacuum System

The V Series High Vacuum Systems are filtration systems designed to be used to capture fumes and dust as close to the source of emission as possible. Typically fumes and dust are captured “On-Tool” (in the case of handheld grinders) or “On-Gun” (in the case of welding guns).

Function:

The V410 is a portable high vacuum cartridge collector with a manual Vibra-Pulse® cleaning system. The unit can easily be moved around the shop with casters or strategically positioned in a stationary spot to maximize its function to a specific location. It is designed for use with multiple workstations.

With the V410, air bearing pollutants passes through the inlet and must make a 180° turn to pass through a spark screen where large particles fall out of the air stream. The particulate laden air then passes through the main cartridge filters where particles are captured. After passing through the filtering system the cleaned air is then discharged through the top of the unit.
