LD Direct Drive - Self Cleaning Wheels - Inverter Duty: 1,000 - 21,000 CFM

The Direct Drive Fans, Arrangement #4, are equipped with a punched flanged outlet, slip-fit inlet, motor, motor mounting support, and a drain. These fans are designed for reliable performance and come complete with all necessary components for quick installation.

Function:

The motors used are TEFC E-Pact, available in 230-460V, 575-600V, 3-phase, 60Hz configurations, and operate at 3500 RPM. These high-performance motors are built to meet the demands of commercial and industrial environments.

The fan wheels are made from heavy-gauge, single-thickness, backward inclined material. They are dynamically balanced to meet ANSI S2.19-1989 specifications, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Note: All Lev-Co LD fans come standard with clockwise rotation and up-blast discharge. For alternate rotations or discharges, please specify your preferences on the purchase order and approved submittal drawings.

Construction:

The fans are constructed with durable, continuously welded housings, and feature mounting holes in all support flanges for secure installation. Each fan undergoes a mechanical run test prior to shipment to ensure proper balance and optimal performance of the assembled unit.
