Motorized Hose Reel - Ø 10''/12''/14'' hose up to 35' in length

The Patriot 7000 series hose reels are designed and engineered to safely capture airborne contaminants at the source — before an operator or nearby worker has the chance to inhale them. Using a purpose-built nozzle or hood attached to a durable, retractable hose, the system is deployed directly to the emission point. Once in position, it efficiently captures exhaust fumes, dust, and vapours the moment they are released, ensuring immediate containment. These systems are suitable for flow rates up to 7000 CFM.

Function:

By utilizing these reels and their compatible accessories, you ensure that exhaust gases, dusts, VOCs, and fumes — are captured right at the point of origin. The system is built to withstand high flowrates, extreme temperatures, high pressures, and abrasive conditions — making it ideal for continuous-duty, 24/7, heavy-duty operations. The reel’s motorized mechanism allows for fast, safe deployment and retraction of heavy-duty hoses and nozzles — reducing trip hazards, improving ergonomics, and supporting a cleaner, safer workspace. This solution empowers operators with the tools to maintain a healthy working environment and meet demanding industrial requirements with confidence. Main Options include:

Construction:

    The hose reel is constructed from heavy-gauge (10-18 ga), powder-coated/galvanized steel for maximum durability in harsh industrial environments. It features a 120V high-torque 200 NM electric motor rewind system for smooth hose retraction and deployment. The motor is mounted internally, draws a maximum of 790 Watts at 6.6 amps, and provides access to 12 rotations of hose. The drum is supported by a motor-mounted sealed ball bearings on one end and a laser-cut Teflon bearing on the duct side, ensuring long service life with minimal maintenance.

    The hoses are high-temperature rated, reinforced with a steel wire helix and abrasion-resistant outer cover. All fittings are temperature- and chemical-resistant, with available options for tailpipe adapters, rubber nozzles, and hoods that are available both off the shelf and purpose-built. The entire assembly is designed to operate in high-flow, high-temperature exhaust applications, including those exceeding 850°F, and is suitable for continuous-duty 24/7 use. In addition to exhausting contaminated air, Patriot Hose reels can be used for exhausting and supply clean air to any indoor environment.
