AIRGOMIG Fume Extraction MIG Gun

AIRGOMIG Series (AGM3, AGM4, AGM5) — a professional-grade, air-cooled fume-extraction MIG gun family delivering 15–65% higher extraction airflow versus competing guns and engineered to help meet ACGIH, OSHA & CCOHS exposure limits (e.g., manganese = 0.02 mg/m³ in welder breathing zone). Designed for continuous industrial use, the three models (AGM3, AGM4, AGM5) cover 300A, 400A and 500A duty ranges while remaining 5–25% lighter than comparable guns for less operator fatigue and improved arc visibility.

Function:

  • Overview: AIRGOMIG extracts fumes coaxially at the arc so welders no longer need to reposition external hoods or arms. This increases arc-on time and productivity on large or awkward workpieces while maintaining superior capture efficiency.

    • AGM3 (300A) — suited for general-purpose steel and aluminum MIG work where a compact, high-extraction gun is needed.
