VOC2.0 Air Cleaner - 17,066 CFM
The VOC2.0 industrial air cleaner units are designed to adsorb and remove VOCs and odours from industrial applications. It is typically used to treat gases released from painting operations and other odour and “Gas-Phase” contaminants.

VOC industrial air cleaner has the ability to store large amounts of adsorption media (Eg: activated carbon) is where this solution stands out.
The VOC2.0 air purifier allows for long DWELL times as required in many applications. Also can be equipped with various adsorption media such as Activated Carbon, Potassium Permanganate, Zeolite, Porocel, Activated Bauxite, activated alumina, and others.
This extended dwell time coupled with a wide range of adsorbents helps you design an air purifier VOC solution that is precise and complies with most air quality regulations.

CONSTRUCTION
- Galvanized Steel Filter Housing: Can be epoxy painted upon request.
- Pre-Filtering Section: The Pre-filtering section traps solid contaminants such as pigments, atmosphere dust, etc. and protects the Adsorption Media from becoming prematurely saturated. The pre-filters are easily exchanged through front access panels.
- Main Adsorption Filter Section: The Main filter section houses the Gas-Phase Adsorption media. These gaseous emissions are adsorbed by the media, which is stored in re-fillable filter modules.
- Fan Section: The fan section comprises a double inlet belt-driven fan that provides the required flow and pressure needed to capture, convey, and draw the gases through the DEEP BED filter media.

14" (350mm) General Purpose Hose (sold per ft) This general service flexible duct is produced from a lightweight polyester fabric coated with neoprene. The coated fabric is interlocked with a galvanized external helix in order to produce a strong and reliable duct. This lightweight product offers exceptional flame and abrasion ASTM D 3889 (85a) resistance. It is ideal for general service dust collection, resistant to various chemicals, and suitable for a wide range of temperatures. This product is extremely flexible and exhibits excellent breaking and tear strength and can operate at an intermittent service temperature of 275° F (135° C) and a general temperature range of - 40° F to + 240° F (- 40° C to + 116° C). The neoprene base material surpasses flame resistance requirement of UL 94 V-0.
