The Sliding Hose Reel System is a compact system with the ability to move the hose reel on the entire length of a track and provides excellent mobility for where capture at source is needed. This system is an ideal solution for facilities with compact floor space and ample overhead area.

The FUTURE sliding rail/track exhaust extraction system is applicable to both light and heavy vehicles. It is characterized by aerodynamic design and a large suction surface. By incorporating wheels on the outside, it avoids contact with dirt, and they allow this space to circulate freely without obstacles, avoiding turbulence and achieving greater airflow. The rail can be equipped with a hose trolley or mobile hose reels

• High Temperature Hose: suitable for temperatures up to 850º F
• Variable Frequency Drives

• Made with a solid chassis and triple-fold sides
• Painted in the oven with an anticorrosive finish in polyester resin polymerized at 190º C
• The end of the race bar, the reinforcement brackets and the adapter from the vacuum cleaner to the reel are made of stainless steel
• The rail structure is extruded aluminum
• The connection to the vacuum cleaner can be top or side, depending on the needs of each installation
• Large area of extraction equivalent to 250 cm2
• Free of obstacles to facilitate aerodynamic movement
• Wheels on the outside to avoid contact with the dirt

• Distance Coverage: With the use of the sliding rail, the hose reel can reach even further, across multiple bays. Suitable for multi-bay mechanic facilities
