The hose reel is constructed from heavy-gauge (10-18 ga), powder-coated/galvanized steel for maximum durability in harsh industrial environments. It features a 120V high-torque 200 NM electric motor rewind system for smooth hose retraction and deployment. The motor is mounted internally, draws a maximum of 790 Watts at 6.6 amps, and provides access to 12 rotations of hose. The drum is supported by a motor-mounted sealed ball bearings on one end and a laser-cut Teflon bearing on the duct side, ensuring long service life with minimal maintenance.

The hoses are high-temperature rated, reinforced with a steel wire helix and abrasion-resistant outer cover. All fittings are temperature- and chemical-resistant, with available options for tailpipe adapters, rubber nozzles, and hoods that are available both off the shelf and purpose-built. The entire assembly is designed to operate in high-flow, high-temperature exhaust applications, including those exceeding 850°F, and is suitable for continuous-duty 24/7 use. In addition to exhausting contaminated air, Patriot Hose reels can be used for exhausting and supply clean air to any indoor environment.
