The FVH1 and FVH2 are engineered to capture hazardous weld fumes directly at the torch, eliminating exposure before contaminants spread into the workplace. The FVH1 powers a single ErgoMax MIG gun, while the FVH2 supports two guns simultaneously, making it adaptable for small shops or large-scale continuous welding operations. Both models are also configurable for robotic and automated welding setups, ensuring comprehensive fume extraction coverage.

Operators benefit from intelligent features such as an auto/manual switch for flexible operation, current-sensing remote start, and a 3-speed motor control for adjustable vacuum performance. An onboard differential pressure gauge, service indicator light, and hour meter simplify filter monitoring and maintenance scheduling, while the unique vibration/compressed-air cleaning system maximizes filter lifespan and consistent performance.

The FVH’s design combines portability with heavy-duty construction. A compact, low-profile cabinet provides a stable base that can even accommodate wire feeder mounting. Quick-lock dust trays make disposal fast and clean, and large 2.5” inlets ensure sufficient airflow for single or dual-gun setups. With a noise level of just 78 dB at 5 feet, it operates quietly even in high-demand environments.

The FVH is built with a rugged steel cabinet finished in durable powder coating to withstand industrial use. It comes equipped with heavy-duty wheels and casters for easy maneuvering across shop floors. Dimensions are L-38” x W-24.5” x H-30” (965 x 622 x 762 mm), with a weight range of 226–255 lbs (103–116 kg). A standard 25 ft (7.6 m), 4-conductor 460V input power cable provides flexible installation. The system features maintenance-free, high-performance brushless motors with thermal and overload circuit protection. Filtration is handled by a 158 ft² (14.8 m²) MERV 15 FR Ultralife cartridge, rated for 99.9% efficiency at 0.5 µm, supported by a push-button manual cleaning system that extends filter life. The quick-locking dust tray simplifies debris disposal, while the compact cabinet allows for integration into confined spaces or direct equipment mounting.
