AGFE - HV103/HV105 V2

The HV103 V2 is a self-contained, mobile vacuum unit designed to capture airborne pollutants directly at the source in confined or hard-to-duct areas. It uses a single 2.25 HP universal-type motor driving a two-stage centrifugal impeller made of lightweight, non-sparking aluminum. This combination delivers a stable vacuum for capturing fine dust and dry particulates without risk of static buildup or ignition. The system includes an integrated collection tank and high-efficiency cartridge filter (109 ft² surface area, 225 ft² on HV103LL V2). An optional HEPA filter can be added for ultra-fine particle retention. The automatic and manual vibration-cleaning modes maintain airflow and filter longevity, while a pressure gauge and indicator light alert operators when filter maintenance is needed. The unit can connect to a wide range of capture tools including vacuum-assisted MIG guns, suction nozzles, and grinder hoods (via 2"–2.5" hoses). It is equipped with a simple ON/OFF control panel, optional remote starter, and vibration cleaning switch. Main options include:

The HV103 V2 features a heavy-duty, powder-coated steel body mounted on four locking casters for mobility. A high-surface-area cartridge filter mounted inside the accumulation tank provides 99.9 % filtration efficiency at 0.5 µm. Electrical design includes a 120 V (1.67 kW) power requirement through a NEMA L5-20P plug and 25 A breaker.
