Function:
The Patriot Series integrates a rugged articulating boom with a high-capacity hose reel drop to provide total control of contaminant capture. The hose reel—available as either
motorized or spring-return—enables smooth deployment and retraction of large-diameter hoses, allowing operators to position the nozzle or hood directly at the emission source with minimal effort. Once activated, the system immediately removes exhaust gases, dust, and vapors before they can disperse into the breathing zone.
With a total horizontal reach of up to
45 feet, the articulating crane provides full access to every area of the service bay. Its multi-joint design allows for precise placement around vehicles or equipment, and when not in use, the boom folds neatly against the wall—freeing valuable floor space. This versatility makes the Patriot Series ideal for maintenance shops, fleet service centers, and industrial vehicle repair facilities.
Hose reels are available in
10”, 12”, and 14” diameters, accommodating a wide range of airflows and exhaust types. The system can be configured with
fixed boom extensions (4’ or 10’) for added coverage and can integrate with direct-mount fans, ducting, and filtration units to meet specific application demands.
