NOMEX - Ducted - Suitable for most Wet/Dry particulate or gas phase contaminants

The NOMEX© filter boasts a high degree of separation… When used for oil mists the Nomex boasts a 95% efficiency on oil mists and up to 99.9% of particulates. The Nomex is also well suited to handle Gas-Phase applications with the use of activated media modules. The oil mist filters are considered "lifetime" that last a minimum of 5 years while the activated media needs to be changed out (Refilled) when the media becomes saturated.

Function:

Construction:

Filter housings are equipped with either deep pleated glass fiber medium and aluminum separators or Gas Phase filter modules. Complete unit fabricated from 16 ga. powder-coated steel sheet with filter boxes, Optional HEPA, and other PRE and AFTER filters available upon request. Systems include a pre-engineered spark-resistant fan, VFD rated TEFC motor*, 3 pressure gauges p, 3 inlet directions, and drain pipes in 2 directions (1” outside thread). * "Washdown" and "Explosion proof" motors available as options
