Portable V.E.S. Rev 1.0 - 1500 CFM

The Portable Vehicle Exhaust System (V.E.S.) Rev 1.0 is a compact, simple solution for exhaust removal where conventional systems may not reach.
FUNCTION
The Portable V.E.S. Rev 1.0 is a practical method for providing portable exhaust removal and is ideal for service stations, mechanic shops, and maintenance facilities.

This lightweight and easy-to-handle system is designed for one-person operation to remove exhaust gasses rather than re-circulate them within the facility. The unit provides powerful collection power in a portable package that has a typical flow rate between 500CFM and 1500CFM.

The system includes a short inlet flex hose with a clamping style nozzle, lay flat exhaust hose, standard wheels, and a support stand.

Main options included:
  • High Temperature Hose: suitable for temperatures up to 850º F
  • Variable Frequency Drives
CONSTRUCTION
  • 3/8 thick steel baseplate
  • Inlet Hose: SGR high temp silicone coated fiberglass. Temperature range of 57° F - 500° F
  • Nozzle: Uses SRF nozzle with build-in automatic damper
  • Exhaust hose:Lay-flat silicone impregnated glass cloth. non-compostable, wear resistant withstanding temperatures up to 500*F


Fan construction:
  • 16ga. steel sheet
  • 8" outer diameter outlet
  • Powder-coated
  • Radial impeller with curved blades direct connected to TEFC motor
