The Zincowall is a Modular Vertical Suction Wall for Dust and Fume Extraction. This unit is designed to expel large quantities of fumes and dust. With the frontal extraction of fumes and dust being carried to internal filtering sections of the wall, or to an existing aspiration and filtration system.
The Zincowall efficiently cleans the air keeping air clear of contaminants, so that facility's air meets the requirements of occupational safety.

The Zincowall uses a frontal extraction system specifically designed for the high airflow pulling of dry fumes and dust. Extremely versatile and perfect for numerous types of applications.
This suction wall is the ideal solution in the event that big quantities of contaminants are produced in a short period of time.
The units are usually positioned in front of the work area where a localized aspiration system is not suitable. Suction walls in general are used with high airflow rates and high concentrations of fumes and dust.
The Zincowall System is modular which means they can be positioned around the perimeter, one after the other, allowing for continuous capture of the contaminant and creating a barrier of extraction.

- Made of galvanized steel and is equipped with specific aspiration panels with slotted intakes
- Slotted intakes are able to rapidly extract large quantities of polluted air ensuring immediate protection to the worker
- Internal exhaust pipe with a flow distribution slot that can be connected to external suction and filtering systems

- The Zincowall can safely be used to extract hazardous fumes as it does not collect the contaminant
- Extraction near the emission source: the polluted air is sucked in front of the worker and the work area.
