The IVEC PreCoat System is built from industrial-grade components, including a steel hopper with an integrated feed auger, pneumatic injection system, and precise mechanical metering controls. The system interfaces directly with the collector inlet ductwork to evenly distribute pre-coat material before entering the filtration chamber. When combined with IVEC Command, operators can monitor air pressure differential, flow rates, and pre-coat application metrics remotely via a desktop or smart device. The control panel enclosure is NEMA-rated and compatible with IVEC’s intelligent network controls for remote system management.
