DCH-3 Self-Contained Collection System - 2000 CFM
The DCH-3 is a high-capacity, self-contained dust and smoke collection system designed to provide the airflow and filtration source for larger workstations, production cells, and ducted source-capture systems. With airflow capacity up to 2000 CFM, a 3 HP direct-drive blower, and 440 sq. ft. of total cartridge filter media, the DCH-3 delivers substantially more collection capacity than smaller workstation collectors while maintaining a compact, low-profile footprint. Its filter cleaning system helps extend maintenance intervals by cleaning the cartridges significantly more effectively than standard reverse-pulse systems.

The DCH-3 is designed to collect dry airborne contaminants such as dust, smoke, and process particulate before they spread through the facility. It can be connected to capture arms, hoods, ductwork, or other source-capture accessories to pull contaminated air directly from the emission point and filter it through a cartridge filtration system.
This model is built for higher-airflow applications, offering up to 2000 CFM through a 10" inlet collar. The direct-drive blower design provides strong static pressure and reliable performance without belts or pulleys, reducing maintenance requirements while supporting longer filter life.

CONSTRUCTION
The DCH-3 is constructed from a 12/14/16 gauge welded steel cabinet with a durable powder-coated finish. The cabinet includes a removable end cap for easy cartridge filter access and a removable back panel for access to the direct-drive motor and blower compartment.
The unit is supplied with (2) CLEAN-2 cartridge filters, each providing 220 sq. ft. of filter media, for a total of 440 sq. ft. of cartridge filtration area. The compressed filter mounting design helps reduce contaminant bypass and keeps captured particulate moving through the intended filtration path.
The standard blower package includes a 3 HP TEFC motor, 208-230/460/3/60 electrical configuration, and a spark-resistant direct-drive blower. Standard operating noise level is approximately 77 dBA. The unit includes a 10" diameter inlet collar located on top and a removable 14-gallon external dust container for collected material.
Overall unit dimensions are approximately 66" L x 26" W x 72" H, with an approximate unit weight of 495 lbs. The optional external HEPA, DOP, or adsorption after-filter modules add depth to the unit and allow the collector to be configured for applications that require higher-efficiency final filtration or odour control.
