Our line of vertical cartridges dust collectors offer extremely efficient and economical systems due to the continuous venturi assisted reverse pulse jet cleaning system. The system allows on-line cleaning, without significant loading thus maintaining constant internal static pressure levels. This system is designed to handle 20" w.g. of external static pressure.

Our line of vertical cartridges dust collectors offer extremely efficient and economical systems due to the continuous venturi assisted reverse pulse jet cleaning system. The system allows on-line cleaning, without significant loading thus maintaining constant internal static pressure levels. This system is designed to handle 20" w.g. of external static pressure.

Construction:

The units are coming standard with high-efficiency nano-fiber filters, fan, control box consisting of a magnetic contactor, on-off switch and access doors. The cleaning is continuous from the time the unit is turned on. The cleaning cycle can be varied as to length of cleaning time for each filter and the cycle time can be changed from one to five minutes. The unit cleans itself one more time after the unit is turned off. CSA approved.Please order platform and ladder separately.
