Vehicle Exhaust SBT - Sliding Balancer Track - (700 CFM)

Function:

This is a popular and versatile moving balancer/trolley on track for vehicle exhaust. It can be installed for one apparatus or for two parked in tandem. Travel from door to door can range up to 85'. The Magnetic nozzle is easy to connect. It provides a tight connection around the tailpipe and captures toxic exhaust gases at their source.

Construction:

END STOP: 1 7/8” x 7/8” u-shaped plated steel material with ¼” diameter hole punched at each end. The bottom of the end stop will have two ¼” square punched holes for two carriage bolts to slide through. Tow are required for each system.

ATTACHMENT PLATE: 1 7/8” x 7/8” flat plated steel with two ¼” prepunched holes to accept two carriage bolts designed to pinch and stop against bottom lip of track.

CARRIAGE BOLT: Two carriage bolts will be supplied to attach end stop to bottom slide of track. The head of the carriage bolt will drop down from inside of track through end stop and connection plate and attach using 9/16” lock nut and washer.

RUBBER BUMPER: ¾” diameter by ½” thick rubber bumper attaches using ¾” x 3/16” threaded spindle anchored to back end of bumper for simple attachment to end stop. Rubber end stop goes on both ends of the primary track.
